All payments to Unmask the Beauty are secured with PayPal, you will be re-directed to the PayPal payment page, where you can change your order, and make your payment after reviewing your final order.

UnMask the Beauty will honour the Distant Selling rights, which ensure you can send the product/products back to us for a full refund within 7 days of reciept. Once this time has passed you must contact the office, if you still wish to return a product, we will make sure you are treated fairly.

Please ensure all products are not damaged, opened, or used in any way, the product must be within it's packaging.

Please ensure you send back any documents or leaflets at this time.

For strict Health and Hygiene reasons we have within our right not to refund or replace makeup products which have been returned with the seal damaged, openend or used.

If a product arrives damaged through the post, as sometimes things can happen, please call us to explain, we will send out a replacement, once we recieve the original product, if we feel you have tampered with the product , the product has been mis-treated in anyway we will not send out a replacement product free of charge you will incurr the postage charge. This postage charge must be sent before your goods can be sent via Recorded Delivery.

Customer to pay for postage when returning goods/ products, please ensure you send the item back as secure as possible, we cannot give you a refund otherwise, please keep proof of postage, for your records.

All refunds given by UnMask the Beauty will only be given in full if the product is returned in the original condition.

We aim to deliver your product to you in no later than 5 working days, please remember when ordering on the internet over the weekend all orders are dispatched on the following Monday morning, before 12noon, if you however need an urgent delivery please contact us via email or telephone the office we are here to help.

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 2nd Class, please allow 5 working days for your goods to arrive we will check and monitor your delivery including if it has been signed for, if you are missing a delivery please contact us we can chase this for you immediately.

We check and verify all our products before they leave us, ensuring the quality, we are determined to ensure you the client and customer have the very best service we can offer, if we have not reached this at any time please let us know, we can only make things right if you talk to us, we are here to help, life is too short and sometimes mistakes can happen after all we are only human.

Please ensure you check your payment before pressing the proceed button,also ensure you check and verify your order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the products they are purchasing are correct at the time of payment, if we find that as a regular customer you have mede a mistake we will contact you.

All Airbrush Equipment is protected by the Iwata Agreement, which ensure's your customers rights for the time frames issed in your documents, UnMask the Beauty will assist you in dealing with the Airbrush company, which is Iwata, they are a leading company in the Airbrush industry for many years and will ensure your concerns and enquiries are delt with to your satisfaction. Please contact Iwata directly for any equipmet issues, or questions you may have about your product, for general questions please email UnMask the Beauty we will respond to you via email.

We will only accept Airbrush Equipmet after purchase if sent in it's correct packaging, has not been used, damaged, mis-treated, any Airbrush equipment, which has been mis-treated will not recieve a refund, if you can prove the product arrived damaged and contact us within the 7 days of recieving it. It is up to you to ensure you treat the products well, if you change your mind that is also fine but please let us know.

If purchasing Airbrush equipment please ensure you are confident with using it, please ensure you seek training with an Airbrush tutor, whom can assist you and provide the correct training, purchasing the equipment without correct safety training could lead to an injury, for you client or customer, and bad reviews for you, please take care.

If you are un-happy with your product on arrival or our service your first point of call must be an e-mail or telephone call to the office, we will assist you and ensure your concerns are delt with.

We only deliver within the United Kingdom, please contact us directly for ROI, and other countries, we welcome your enquiry.

UnMask the Beauty have the right to update price information, images and product information without warning, notification or advertising. All information is correct at the time of print.

UnMask the Beauty have the right to change, update or remove images, products and articles to improve or otherwise serve a better purpose without prior notification.
