Terms & Conditions of UnMask The Beauty 
Although this information page may seem like we are laying down the law, in actual fact it should be used as a guide in the event of you needing help with something which you are not happy with, the best place to start before you become unhappy and start to loose your mind is by calling us or sending an e-mail, we truly have your best interest at heart and will honestly do what we can to avoid any unhappiness.

Delivery
We promise to send out all deliveries as orders are processed and once payments are cleared, please bare in mind this will also depend on each clients banking facility or paypal system, payments may not leave your account for up to 3 days, please also include all bank holidays, festive holidays, personal money transfers, before calling our offices to ascertain if your goods have left us. We will send all deliveries via Royal Mail Delivery System unless otherwise agreed with customer or stated at the time of ordering. All Deliveries will be sent with a Unique Tracking Number, which will be emailed to you, this will allow you to track your order and its delivery process via Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for deliveries which are delayed due to weather conditions, whilst we do everything in our power to send your delivery with all the best intentions in the world sometime please be aware things can go wrong, however we make it our business to ensure we are always informed of in case of any delays.  

I have ordered weeks ago but did not get my order? 
Whilst we ensure your delivery is not lost, stolen or given to an incorrect addressee, please help us by signing for your delivery, not asking the delivery driver to leave it outside, or forget to collect it from the post office, please ensure you collect and sign for your delivery, we do require a signature which can be read clearly for all our goods, at the time of delivery. We also track all orders to ensure they reach the address given by the customer at the time of ordering. UnMask the Beauty will only send out replacement orders / goods which have been damaged or lost in transit if we have been notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods / orders if damaged, and any items which may be lost or stolen must be reported to us within 14 days from the period stated on your sales invoice. All claims made outside of these time frames will be dealt with on a personal level on a one to one basis, you must submit a full explanation including all evidence of loss or theft of product to company owner and Founder for a full investigation.

Price Information
All prices on our website are subject to change, and can be altered before date of despatch, all customers will be notified via email regarding price increases when required.

Returns 
If you decide to return an unwanted item please ensure you comply with the following:
The goods or item must be in perfect condition must not be used, damaged, miss-shaped, opened. 
You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the item or goods.
Customer to organise return of item, in a safe and proper manner, with proof of postage, or carrier company, Customer must also ensure item/s are fully protected from damages and any damages or breakage's must be notified to us at the time of processing the return. All refunds of returned items will incur a charge of £5.00 per item or 5% of the total value of the items or order, to cover administration charges and fees.

Cancellation is possible
Cancellation of your order or item will only be authorised and accepted 24 hours prior to delivery, if order has been placed on our secure site using paypal. ALL orders cancelled after Despatch Process cannot be cancelled. Please note a cancellation fee will be charged for your order / goods, as outlined in Returns and Un-Wanted Items. 

Health & Hygiene on all makeup products
We want to ensure all our products are clean and safe to use for all our customers, so please do not be offended when we refuse a refund for makeup products which include the following:
Lipsticks, Lip liner, Blusher, EyeShadow, Cheek Tint, Bronzer, Foundations, mascara, mascara wands, latex sponges, powder puffs, eyelash curlers, eye pencils, gel eyeliner, all items of makeup which have been opened where the seal has been broken even if you have not touched it at all we cannot sell this item to another customer once the seal has been opened the item has become air bourne. Please check your purchase before you buy or call us for more advice.

Our Products for your Professional Use?
UnMask the Beauty cannot determine who purchases products from our site at the time of ordering, we would always recommend products are purchased for sole, professional, or student use where guidance is given if needed. We cannot except any responsibility for the misuse of products by individuals to persons or individuals by those purchasing from our site. If you require information on training or assistance on purchasing the correct products please email us with your enquiry.

Personal Information
We do not buy, lend, borrow, steal, give, share personal information under any circumstances, for any of our clients at any time, all information is kept strictly confidential at all times, and we will not disclose or sell your personal information.
